These terms set out the basis upon which you may use, access or order from the site to the exclusion of all others and no other terms of conditions will form any part of the contract concluded between you and us. By accessing or using the site or ordering any product from us you (meaning yourself and any company or other entity or business for whom you work or otherwise represent) agree to be legally bound by these terms as they may be modified and posted on the site from time to time.
If you do not agree to the terms (or are not authorised to do so) you should not use, access or order from the site.
We recommend you print the terms and keep them for future reference.

The food within the photography does not represent the ingredients or flavours within the products. The foods are for staging purposes only. Food supplements are intended to supplement the diet and should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Availability
Efamol.com deliver to the UK and to selected other countries, internationally. Due to custom restrictions we cannot deliver to: Bahrain, Brazil, China, Guam, Indonesia, Malaysia, North & South Korea, Palestinian territories, Singapore, Taiwan, Turkey, Australia, Saudi Arabia, USA and Ukraine.
We use distributors in certain countries to supply specific products. For these countries and products, customers within these regions will not be able to purchase these products directly from us, unless in exceptional circumstances. Any of our products not supplied by a distributor can still be purchased via our online shop.
Status
By placing an order through our website, you warrant that:
- You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and
- You are at least 18 years old
Order Contract
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note this does not mean that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the product has been despatched. The contract between us will only be formed when we send you the despatch confirmation.
The contract will relate only to those products whose despatch we have confirmed in the despatch confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other products which may have been part of your order until the despatch of such products has been confirmed in a separate despatch confirmation.
Price and Payment
The price of any of our products will be as quoted on our site, except in cases of obvious error.
Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders where a despatch confirmation has already been sent.
Delivery
Your order will be despatched to you within the following timescales:
UK – 3-5 working days
Within Europe – 10 working days
Outside Europe – 15 working days
Please note that these delivery times are estimated and may vary from country to country.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances all orders will be fulfilled within 30 days.
Our policy is to ship one single package per order received, however if you place an order for large quantities and would prefer several smaller packages to be shipped then we will need to be notified of this at the time you place your order. You will need to arrange your own shipment for these packages and this will be at your own cost.
Import Duty and VAT
If you place an order for delivery outside the UK, the shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
All orders placed from the UK or within the EU are subject to UK VAT, unless you can provide us with your VAT registration number or equivalent if you are from an EU country.
Risk and Title
The products will be at your risk from the time of delivery.
Ownership of the products ordered will only pass to you once we have received full payment of all sums due, including delivery charges.
Refunds Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our product(s) you purchase, we offer a full 'no quibble’ refund or exchange policy.
Our policy means that if we have made an error with your order, or you have received your order in a damaged or faulty condition, you can return it to us within 14 days from the date you received the item, unopened and in its original packaging.
Please note we will only accept returns after 14 days if the product is faulty.
When you return a product to us we will notify you of your refund via letter or e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will usually process the refund due to you within 3–5 working days, and in any case, within 30 days of the day we received your cancellation or the day we confirmed to you via letter or e-mail that you were entitled to a refund.
Statutory Rights (Applies to UK Customers only)
Under UK law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within 7 working days of the items delivery to you.
To cancel your purchase under this cooling-off period, please contact us at info@efamol.com stating 'Contract Cancellation’ as your reason for the return. It is your responsibility to ensure that the package is returned within the 7 working days. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorderd delivery service. Please note, that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is faulty.
As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the items normal postage charge, if applicable.

The content of www.efamol.com is protected by copyright, trademarks, database and other intellectual property rights. You may retrieve and display the content of www.efamol.com on a computer screen, store such content in electronic form on disk (but not any server or other storage device connected to a network) or print one copy of such content for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep intact all and any copyright and proprietary notices. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the materials or content on www.efamol.com without written permission from Wassen International Limited.
