
Healthy Homemade Ice Lolly Recipe

These lollies are super simple, super yummy AND they're packed with Vitamin C. Great alternative to sugary shop bought ice creams! Here are a couple of different flavours for you to try.
A blender
350ml orange juice
150g natural yoghurt
2 tbsp honey (or to taste)
You'll need:
Lolly molds x 8A blender
Ingredients (for raspberry lollies):
300g raspberries, washed350ml orange juice
Ingredients (for strawberry & yoghurt lollies):
400g strawberries, washed150g natural yoghurt
2 tbsp honey (or to taste)
Method:
Add ingredients to blender & blitz until smooth
Pour into lolly moulds
Freeze overnight until set
When you're ready to eat, dip the mould briefly in hot water so that the lollies easily slide out
